 Find a quiet place. . . free of distractions. . . 

Adjust the lighting and room temperature. . .

Concentrate on your breathing. . . 

Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. . . 

Retain the breath as long as comfortable. . . 

Exhale slowly through your mouth and completely. . . 

Repeat for two breaths. . . or as it is comfortable. 
Let go of the fear of leaving your physical body. 

Remember you astral project when you sleep. 

You see floating away from your physical body.
